Flooring we install

One room or the whole house, we install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, laminate, ceramic and porcelain tile, and carpet, in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, living rooms, bedrooms, entries, mudrooms, laundry rooms and on stairs. We also refinish existing hardwood (sand, stain and recoat), replace damaged boards and patch new wood into old floors.

Every install starts with the prep that makes a floor last: tear-out and disposal of carpet, tile, vinyl or glued-down floors, subfloor repair and leveling, and the right underlayment. Then come transitions and thresholds, stair nosing and treads, baseboard, shoe molding and quarter round, trimming doors for the new floor height, and moving furniture out and back.

Walkthrough and measure
We measure every room and check the subfloor, transitions and stairs.
Estimate and product
A written estimate with the flooring you chose or an allowance for it.
Delivery and acclimation
Flooring is delivered and left to acclimate when the manufacturer calls for it.
Tear-out and prep
We move furniture, remove the old floor, and repair and level the subfloor.
Install
New underlayment and flooring, with transitions at doorways and stair details.
Trim and cleanup
Baseboard and trim reinstalled or replaced, furniture moved back, and the site cleaned.
