Meet Connor Kirchert
cK Builders LLC is owned and run by Connor Kirchert, a U.S. Army veteran and the qualifying licensee on the company’s Minnesota Residential Building Contractor License #BC809999. Connor has worked in construction since 2021 and in real estate since 2015 — so he knows what a remodel needs to do for how you live, and what it does for resale.
The brand’s colors, OD green and coyote, come straight from his Army years. So does the way the company works: plan it, communicate it, and execute it right the first time.
Background
- 6 years as a U.S. Army firefighter.
- Project manager and estimator for residential remodeling.
- In real estate since 2015, including rehab flips.
How we work
- We purchase all project materials, so nothing waits on you.
- Plumbing and electrical are done by licensed trades, under permit.
- Estimates are clear lump sums by project area, with allowances spelled out.
- We pull the permits and schedule the inspections.
- We take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets full attention.
